Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for travel services, such as flights, hotel bookings, and tour packages, are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We will assist you in processing refund requests according to their policies.

Time Frame

Refund requests must be made within 14 days, from the date of booking or as per the service provider’s policy.

Refund Turnaround Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days. The credited amount should reflect in the customer’s bank account within 7–10 working days, depending on the processing time of the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details. We will guide you through the refund process and liaise with the relevant service providers on your behalf.

Non-refundable Items/Services

Certain travel services, such as last-minute bookings, promotional offers, and non-refundable fares, are not eligible for refunds. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the service provider's policies.
